A commitment to customer service, expertise in marketing, bringing the best value in real estate.
My father, a Navy veteran, relocated our family to Virginia Beach in 1978, and Virginia Beach has remained my home ever since. For 35 years I have helped couples become engaged and married as their personal jeweler and now, I want to help my clients and their growing families find their new home. With stores in just about every city in Hampton Roads, I know this area extremely well. My hope is to bring the same professionalism, commitment to customer service, and expertise in marketing to my real estate clients.
I graduated from Kempsville High school, William and Mary with a degree in business, and finally received my MBA from Regent University. I took my mother's business and grew to become one of the largest private jewelry chains in the country and in the process I was recognized for Entrepreneurial excellence by the Virginian-Pilot, named Best Places to Work for several years, and named Virginia Business of the Year by Virginia Business Magazine. After a brief time serving on Virginia Beach City Council, I wanted to tackle a new challenge, the next step serving my clients with a larger and perhaps more important purchase, and bring my experience in Virginia Beach and in business to help my clients find the best home and value possible.
I've owned homes throughout Virginia Beach, but settled in Alanton, in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach in 1993, where we raised 6 children, coaching rec league baseball and soccer. I've served on many charitable and non-profit boards in our community, but have a passion for children's health and education needs. I enjoy tennis, camping and love to play a terrible game of golf.
