As a third generation Virginia Beach native, I have witnessed the incredible growth in our city, both first hand and through my parents' and grandparents' stories and pictures. My dad windsurfing down the Boardwalk during the Ash Wednesday storm. One of my grandparents' first dates on the boardwalk after Oceana High School let out for the day. Riding bikes with my friends to Seaside Amusement Park and then to High's Ice Cream for a Charlie Brown double dip. Digging for a quarter or a dime on the toll road (I still sometimes slow down on approach, but not often). Those days and places are gone, but I was lucky enough to be a part of Virginia Beach when it was still considered a small town.
After graduating from First Colonial and Virginia Tech, I moved out west for four years, and it wasn't until I came home and settled down that I realized how truly special Virginia Beach is. Knowing the neighborhoods, the back streets, the shortcuts, the history of the older houses... The tide cycles, the shallow parts of Linkhorn Bay, how to get under the Lesner Bridge and into the mouth of the Chesapeake... Some of this may seem trivial but it is all part of the intimate knowledge one has when they have grown up with extensive roots in the community.
My experience in real estate sales, property management, business to business sales and corporate recruitment give me a professional skill set that complements my personal history in Virginia Beach. This combination gives you unique and unequaled guidance and assistance with your real estate transactions, large or small. Buying or selling your first home or your fifteenth, renting your primary or vacation home, I have the passion and the resources to help with all of it. One of my core principles, "listen, and listen well" ensures that I am always working for you and helping you achieve your goals, passionately, innovatively and with integrity.
